We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Product packaging, appearance, colours, specifications, or other details may occasionally differ slightly from website photographs or digital representations.

 

Pricing and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Resonance™ website are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable costs will be displayed or calculated during checkout before you complete your purchase. For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

 

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse or cancel an order due to circumstances including payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory errors, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Products offered for pre-order have not necessarily entered regular fulfillment at the time the order is placed. Any expected manufacturing, shipping, or delivery dates associated with a pre-order are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, fulfillment, carrier, or other circumstances. If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated information to affected customers. Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and available delivery options may vary by destination and will be presented at checkout where applicable. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days, subject to the requirements in our Returns & Refund Policy. Our voluntary return policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
